Sensei Karla (Shihan Jeremy's wife) is an invaluable asset as she brings a woman's
point of view to the instruction process.  She has also been a tremendous support to
Shihan Jeremy over the past several years as he has endeavored to make their
karate "older" in an effort to get back to the basics of Okinawan Karate and away
from much of the sporting only aspect that is found in so many dojos today
